About Kate

Making the decision to improve your mental health can be intimidating. When I first sought out therapy, I remember thinking, “What kind of therapy is right for me?”, “What actually happens in sessions?”, and “What if they judge me?”.

I'm Kate, a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) in the state of Missouri and I believe therapy shouldn’t feel so murky. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, nonjudgemental space for you to discover your most authentic self.

I integrate a variety of techniques to meet you exactly where you're at. Whether it's trauma, anxiety or depression, relationship struggles, or generally navigating what life has thrown at you, I will be there to encourage and support you.
